We are looking for two TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEERS to join our Software team at Suunto headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.

One role will be part of our Suunto 7 smart watch project team. In this role you will design and implement Android Instrumentation Tests and foster the execution in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) environment. You will find, discover and introduce ways to improve test software and work in cross functional teams for best solutions. You will design test software architectures and think of ways to optimize current test execution (speed, coverage, reliability etc.). To succeed, you already have some experience with Android system and Android application development, Android instrumentation testing (UI and non-UI), Kotlin (Java) programming language(s). Hopefully you are comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environment, manage scripting and have some experience with Linux containers.
Another role will be part of our Suunto 3/5/9 sports watches project team. In this role you will design and implement device test software (UI and non-UI) and foster the execution in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) environment. You will find, discover and introduce ways to improve test software and work in cross functional teams for best solutions. You will design test software architectures and think of ways to optimize current test execution (speed, coverage, reliability etc.). To succeed, you already have experience with Robot framework, Python programming language and REST APIs. Hopefully you are comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environment and manage scripting.
